Understanding incidental charges and post-trip reimbursements
Learn about additional charges that may apply after your trip and how the reimbursement process works.
Incidental charges, also known as incidental charges, are additional fees that may be charged to renters after a trip is completed. These charges cover expenses that occur during the rental period beyond the standard rental fee.
Host reviews the vehicle condition and identifies any incidental charges.
Host creates a reimbursement invoice through the Upcar dashboard with supporting documentation.
Renter receives the invoice and has 72 hours to review and approve or dispute if necessary.
If no response is received, the invoice is reviewed by Upcar support.
