As you pull into the driveway, you’ll see the service gate. Directly ahead, bolted to the wall, you’ll find the lockboxes. They are behind the rental fence that’s red, white and blue and below the rental sign that’s above it attached to the wall. This is the most frequently asked question. Please take the time to read everything and the process will be way smoother for you with no wait time.

Once you’ve uploaded all your pictures, I’ll provide you with the lockbox code for your key. In some cases, I’ll send it ahead of time depending on how close the trips are.
